Festivals of Gardens It is a three-day celebration programme which is organized in the last week of February. It was formerly known as the "Rose Festival".

Chandigarh Carnival It is the three-day-long carnival festival celebrated in the month of November at the Leisure Valley. It has been organized like dancing, singing both folk & cultural events.

Chandigarh Plaza Carnival IIt is the festival which is celebrated at the open stage in sector 17 and it is a very popular weekly show. It is hosted by private groups to inspire local artists to come forward and showcase their talent.
